A Science-Driven, Self-Paced Online Learning Experience

Stop memorizing procedures. Start understanding the science.

Owning equipment does not establish competence. Completing a class does not guarantee mastery. And repeating a technique without understanding the principles behind it is not the same as meaningful education.

At Valortec, we believe serious training begins with knowledge, scientific understanding, and measurable learning.

Introducing Valortec Knowledge Academy, an online microlearning experience developed from The Science of Marksmanship by Herfel "Boots" Torres and Valortec's published educational knowledge base.

This program goes beyond conventional instructional explanations to explore the scientific principles underlying human performance, visual processing, motor learning, biomechanics, decision-making, and professional accountability.
