What is Security Patrol Shotgun?

Security Patrol Shotgun is a 7-hour shotgun class where you’ll learn how to tactically operate, move, and accurately shoot your duty shotgun under stress.

This class is for you if you are a Law enforcement officer, armed security professional, or responsible civilian who wants to become more confident with their shotgun.

In Security Patrol Shotgun you will learn

• How to efficiently move, manipulate, and reload your shotgun
• How to consistently maintain accuracy with your shotgun at varying distances 
• The advantages/disadvantages of particular shotgun loads
• Stress management techniques for better thinking while under pressure

To attend Security Patrol Shotgun, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old and a legal US Citizen/Resident. (Due to the Department of State ITAR regulations, tactical training is only available to US Citizens/Legal Residents. By registering for this class, the student attests that they are at least 18 years of age and a legal US Citizen/resident.)
• Be legally permitted to own a firearm in the state of Florida. (By registering for this course, the student further attests that they are legally permitted to own a firearm in the state of Florida)
• Complete a liability waiver before the start of the class

For Security Patrol Shotgun, you must bring:

• A valid driver's license or government issue ID
• Your service shotgun (pump or semi-automatic)
• (75) double-aught buckshot (9 pellet)
• (25) slugs
• A Sturdy Belt (able to hold up the weight of your gear)
• Shell carriers are optional
• Eye & Ear Protection
• Comfortable, closed-toe, sturdy shoes. No sandals or open-toed shoes.
• Water & snacks (for the duration of the class)
